Cancellation and Returns


How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order from my orders in my account before shipping the product or contact our Customer Care at Support@kotakmall.com to cancel the order and refund your payment. The refund amount will be added to the customer’s bank account within 10 to 12 days.

If the order is shipped already, unfortunately we wouldn’t be able to cancel it. However, you can politely refuse to accept the shipment and let us know about it. If you have accepted the shipment, no worries, you can return the product and exchange it for something else.

Why was my order cancelled?

If you cancelled your order, the status would show as Order Cancelled. In rare scenario, if kotakmall.com cancels your order, we will refund your money back.



How will I get a refund for an item I cancelled?

If you already paid for your order, we will refund the money in the original mode of payment.



How can I return/replace an item?

To place your return request go to contact us or you can contact us at our helpline no. 8000008143 (helpline number is available from 10am to 5pm Mon to sat.)


You can place your return request online if you've received an item in a 'Damaged', 'Defective' or 'Not as Described' state within 7 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.


Will kotakmall.com pick up the item I want to return/replace?

The item you wish to return will be picked up from your location within 48hr of the Return Requested.
