How do I know my order is confirmed?
We'll send you an email and SMS when we confirm your order. You can also check your My Account page to know your order status.
Can I change my delivery address after I place an
order?
You can change your order delivery address from my account > view order detail before it is packed and ready for dispatch or Write us at support@kotakmall.com to change your Delivery address.
Can I open and check the contents of my package
before accepting delivery?
Currently, this option
is not available for all kotakmall.com purchases. It is only available for
some items. In case of any Issue with your package you can write us from
contact us or call our direct helpline number: 9979999223
Which courier will deliver my item?
We use a network of
trustworthy partners based on their speed to pick your item from the seller and
deliver it to you.
Are there any hidden charges?
Shipping and delivery charges
may apply depending on the item you purchased, the price and your location. You
can find these charges on the item's information page.
Why cash on delivery is not applicable at my location?
It means cash on delivery is not serviceable by our courier partners at your location postal code but you can always option for Net Banking or Credit/Debit Card.
Cancellation and Returns
How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order from my orders in my
account before shipping the product or contact our Customer Care at
Support@kotakmall.com to cancel the order and refund your payment. The refund
amount will be added to the customer’s bank account within 10 to 12 days.
If the order is shipped already, unfortunately
we wouldn’t be able to cancel it. However, you can politely refuse to accept
the shipment and let us know about it. If you have accepted the shipment, no
worries, you can return the product and exchange it for something else.

Why was my order cancelled?
If you cancelled your order, the status
would show as Order Cancelled. In rare scenario, if kotakmall.com
cancels your order, we will refund your money back.
How will I get a refund for an item I cancelled?
If you already paid for your order, we will
refund the money in the original mode of payment.
How can I return/replace an item?
To place your return
request go to contact us or you can contact us at our helpline no. 8000008143
(helpline number is available from 10am to 5pm Mon to sat.)
You can place your return request online if you've received an item in a 'Damaged', 'Defective' or 'Not as Described' state within 7 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.
Will kotakmall.com pick up the item I want to return/replace?
The item you wish to return will be picked up from your location within 48hr of the Return Requested.
Payments
When can I expect refund for my returned item?
Once the Seller receives the originally delivered item, a Replacement item is shipped or product amount will be credited back to your account.
Is it safe to shop online if I make payment using net
banking, Debit card or Credit Card?
All Credit Card, Debit Card and net banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection.
