How do I know my order is confirmed?

We'll send you an email and SMS when we confirm your order. You can also check your My Account page to know your order status.


Can I change my delivery address after I place an order?

You can change your order delivery address from my account > view order detail before it is packed and ready for dispatch or Write us at support@kotakmall.com to change your Delivery address.


Can I open and check the contents of my package before accepting delivery?

Currently, this option is not available for all kotakmall.com purchases. It is only available for some items. In case of any Issue with your package you can write us from contact us or call our direct helpline number: 9979999223


Which courier will deliver my item?

We use a network of trustworthy partners based on their speed to pick your item from the seller and deliver it to you.


Are there any hidden charges?

Shipping and delivery charges may apply depending on the item you purchased, the price and your location. You can find these charges on the item's information page.


Why cash on delivery is not applicable at my location?

It means cash on delivery is not serviceable by our courier partners at your location postal code but you can always option for Net Banking or Credit/Debit Card.
